When you visit, technical data (IP address, date/time, user agent, referrer) is processed in access logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Data transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023) and Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) lit. c GDPR.

If you sign up for our list, we process your email address to send product updates. Sending and storage is handled by Brevo SAS, 106 Boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France — EU servers. Signup follows a double opt-in: you receive a confirmation email first. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent). A data processing agreement is in place with Brevo.
